"Pretty much exactly as described"
I ordered from Envy Label and the item was actually just like it was shown on the site. The size, colour, and material all matched the description, which doesn’t always happen when you shop online. Really happy with it and I’d definitely order again

Customer service was really nice and they helped me quickly. I was expecting it to take longer, but nope, they got it sorted. Just a really easy experience overall, and the person I talked to was friendly too

"Pretty easy to get around"
I was using the site and it’s simple to browse around. Checkout goes okay for me, nothing too confusing. It just loaded slow sometimes, which was a little annoying, but overall I had a decent experience.

"Wish I’d Ordered Sooner"
The order showed up packed really well, and nothing was damaged or squashed at all. The box was sturdy, and everything inside was arranged neatly. i kind of regret not ordering sooner because it’s nice to see a company actually take care with the packaging.

"Showed up way faster than I thought"
I ordered it on Monday and somehow it turned up the next day, which I really wasn’t expecting. Not sure if that’s normal or I just got lucky, but either way I was proper happy with it

I ordered a dress from Envy Label, but the fit wasn’t quite right on me, so I ended up sending it back. The returns page was straightforward, and I didn’t have much trouble getting the label sorted.
The refund wasn’t super quick, I think it came through about a week after they’d received the parcel. I did send one email to check on it, and they replied the next day, which was fine.
I’d probably order from them again, but I do wish the refund updates were a bit clearer so you’re not left wondering what’s going on.

"Pretty solid for the price"
Actually happy with this order. Wasn’t expecting too much, but the quality was better than I thought it’d be. Prices were decent too. Delivery was fine, no issues there. I’d probably order from envylabel again. Feels like good value for the money

"Way better than I expected"
I ordered from envylabel.co.uk the quality surprised me. The material feels really nice, not thin or cheap at all, and the fit is actually spot on. I’ve already washed it once and it still looks exactly the same, which is always a relief. Whoever runs this clearly knows what they’re doing, because for the price I’m genuinely impressed. I’d definitely buy again.

"Fits Well, Just Check The Size Guide"
I went with my usual size and it fit good. Not too tight, not super baggy either. The waist was Perfect on me, but the top part felt a little loose, so I think it might depend on your body shape.
The material has some stretch to it, which definitely helped. I almost sized up but I’m really glad I didn’t, so I’d say check the size guide before ordering. Overall I’m happy with it, just not a totally perfect fit.
